This week Donna ponders the middle-aged version of the John Lewis Christmas ad, and her mother's reaction to evangelists and sex toys. Lovely gigs, awesome humans, and some of the worst people on the planet. I hope they listen.

Another multi-tasking episode as Donna talks about her travels between Cambridge, Coventry and London, and the joy of a packed lunch. Discussed in the episode are Rach Sambrooks' Words Aloud and Stand by Your Nan events, and Gaie Sebold and David Gullen.

This week, Donna goes on a comedy busman's holiday. "We're all going on a comic's holiday, no more gigging for a week or two... We're going where the gigs are sweaty. We're going where the air is blue..." And that's enough of that.

This week, Donna is time-travelling back and forth across counties as she goes to Bristolcon in Bristol (where she was on a panel, and read a story, and hobnobbed with loads of writers) and the BBC studio in Northampton (where she was the first of the final 10 interviewed for BBC New Voices). She is also me, speaking awkwardly about herself in 3rd person! Again! Interviews with awesome writers Gareth L. Powell and Neil Beynon. Enjoy!

This week Donna has some good news and is so excited she can barely contain herself. She's also the world's worst magician's assistant, and seems to have turned into some sort of humping humans magnet.
